FREE BOOKS IN JUNE
Every child, tween & teen can choose a free book from a variety of popular titles, while supplies last. Free books must be claimed in-person by the child, tween or teen beginning June 1. One book per day, ends June 30.
FREE SPECIAL EVENTS
Plan your summer of fun! Special programming for children, tweens and teens will be available. Adult programming will vary. Grab an events flyer at the Library, online calendar available on the website.
LIBRARY ACTIVITIES
Play & Learn (Birth-3yrs w/caregiver): Each week offers opportunities for children to play with developmentally appropriate toys in a play group setting. Activities will center around development, speech & language, nutrition, play, movement (gross motor/fine motor), music and books. If you have children in both groups, you may participate in both or choose a different one each week to get maximum benefit! Monday, June 5, 12, 26; July 3 & 10 @ 9AM.
Play & Learn (4-6yrs w/caregiver): Each week offers opportunities for children to play with developmentally appropriate toys in a play group setting. Library Summer Camp (1st-3rd Grade)
Library Camp is a 5-week program with activities, crafts and games centered around FOOD! Campers will participate in different activities about breakfast, snack mix, salsa, pizza and sandwiches. Registration will be required for this program. Thursday, June 8, 15, 29; July 6 & 13 @ 2PM.
Sack Lunch Book Club (1-2nd Grade)
Bring a sack lunch and listen to a variety of read-alouds including fun short stories, mini mysteries, choose-your-own-adventure, picture books and more. Led by Ms. Baker. Tuesday: June 6, 13, 20, 27 and July 11 @ 12 at the Library.
Sack Lunch Book Club (3rd-6th Grade)
Participants will bring a sack lunch and read/discuss the book How to Eat Fried Worms. Led by Ms. Baker. Thursday, June 8, 15, 22, 29; July 6 & 13 @ 12 at the Library.
TWEENS @ the Library (4th grade-Up)
Tween programming will alternate between cooking and painting. These programs have limited space and registration is required. Painting is $25 per week.
