get a Cimarron City Library card?

It’s easy to get a Cimarron City Library card! You’ll need:

• your driver’s license (or picture ID)
• proof of your current mailing address
• Stop in to fill out an application

There is a one day wait period to allow us to process your application. You may pick up your card the following business day after all necessary information has been collected.

A limit of two items can be checked out for a period of two months following issuance of a new adult patron card.  The two-month restricted checkout will be extended if the new patron violates checkout policy.

There is a $1.00 replacement charge on lost/damaged cards.

Children entering the fourth grade can apply for their own library card – if their guardian does not have a library card, they will need to provide the same information for their dependent (Photo ID/Proof of current address).
